Founded in November 2004, Galeria Leme presents an innovative program on the Brazilian art scene, representing national and international artists. In its space designed by Paulo Mendes da Rocha, the gallery promotes diversity in art and cultural exchange, with regular exhibitions by international artists and premieres by artists from Latin America.
The gallery’s collection covers various media, including photography, painting, installation, sculpture, video and projection. In 2012, Galeria Leme expanded its activities to a new building, also designed by Paulo Mendes da Rocha, with two independent exhibition spaces totaling 600 m².
