Founded in 2017 by Marcela Setton, Quadra's mission is to foster and promote the practice of young contemporary artists whose productions are open to experimentalism. To this end, the gallery works in commercial representation and also aims to place its artists in public and private collections, maintaining close relations with museums and relevant institutions, as well as frequent participation in events and art fairs.

Quadra's curatorial parameters are based on collaboration and partnership with the artists it represents, focusing on critical guidance. By proposing exchanges between represented and non-represented artists, the gallery operates as a space for experimentation, fostering and research, with the goal of making art part of people's daily lives.
