Founded in 2000 on a joint initiative by two doctors, Fólio began its activities with a focus on rare books on Brazilian history, literature and travel. Later, it expanded its catalog to include art books, gaining recognition from collectors and cultural institutions. Building on this success, Fólio opened an innovative gallery in São Paulo, specializing in vintage photographs, drawings, prints and other works of art in small editions, setting a new standard within the market. Since then, Fólio has participated in the main national and international art fairs, consolidating its position in the market.
