Established in 2021, Lima Galeria's scope is to support and display the work of artists from Maranhão, Piauí and Pará, and to work in a coordinated manner with several agents to foster the cultural scene and the contemporary art system in these regions, boosting flows and dialogues with other parts of Brazil and the world.

Having a plural program, the gallery has at its core the multiplicity of voices and an interest in conceptual and procedural practices, which unfold between the singularity of subjective expressions and the connection with ecological, social and political issues.
