In 2017, Mendes Wood DM opened its exhibition space in Brussels, in partnership with Carolyn Drake Kandiyoti. The gallery offers curatorial projects and monographic exhibitions in a historic residence. Mendes Wood DM recently expanded to New York, marking its presence in North America. This evolution reinforces its commitment to presenting relevant exhibitions, with a focus on contextualizing the global South.
