Nara Roesler is one of Brazil’s leading contemporary art galleries, representing Brazilian and international artists who began their careers in the 1950s, as well as established and emerging artists. Founded in 1989, the gallery fosters curatorial practice through a careful exhibition program, developed in collaboration with its artists and the Roesler Curatorial Project. It also supports the participation of its artists in external exhibitions, working with institutions and curators. In 2012, the gallery extended its headquarters in São Paulo and expanded to Rio de Janeiro in 2014 and New York in 2015, consolidating its mission to offer the best platform for its artists.
